(PRESS RELEASE) COLUMBUS, Oh. –Ultimate Victory Challenge will return to the stunning Aladdin Shrine Event & Conference Center in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, September 15, 2012 for “UVC21: UNSTOPPABLE,” a pro/am mixed martial arts event.
Just minutes from the world-famous Easton Town Center and the campus of The Ohio State University, the Aladdin Shrine Center hosted UVC 18 in 2011. UVC 18 featured one of the most exciting battles of the year, as Jamie Walker and Dalton Moss left everything in the cage en route to a fight of the night performance.
“The first time that we were at the Shrine Center was one of the best events in our history,” said UVC co-owner Rick Pyles. “We’re planning on a repeat performance with UVC 21, and of course fighters always love competing in an upscale environment like the Shrine Center provides.”
UVC 21 will feature the professional debut of two-time UVC amateur heavyweight champion Tim “Fatboy” Dunn (fighting out of Portsmouth, OH / 10-2 am) as well as other professional bouts and multiple amateur title fights.
Tickets to UVC 21 will be available soon, and more information can be found at www.ultiamtevictory.org or on Twitter @UVCMMA.
