NAAFS featherweight champion Frank Caraballo (11-4) continues to be one of the hottest fighters in Ohio, as “The Tank” rolled to his sixth straight victory when he stopped Jeremy Czarnecki (5-4) with a TKO just 38 seconds into the second round of the main event at “NAAFS: Caged Vengeance 11″ over the weekend in Eastlake, Ohio.

Undefeated since dropping to featherweight last year, Caraballo landed a spinning backfist to drop Czarnecki, and then finished the fight on the ground with punches and hammerfists to retain his title. This could be the last time that we see Caraballo on the local stage, as he is a favorite to sign with one of the sport’s elite organizations and could be on the verge of doing just that.

In the night’s co-main event, Team Instigator leader Terry Blackwell (3-1) won for the third consecutive outing, as he picked up a split decision over Brandon Suber (4-3) in the night’s only other pro bout.

In amateur action, multiple fighters set themselves up for consideration to be part of the NAAFS semifinals, which will begin in October. Lightweight Josh Kallai (4-2) snapped a two fight losing streak, as he submitted Devonte Smith (2-2) with an arm triangle in the second round of the amateur main event.

Tony Dipiero (7-6) made a successful middleweight debut, as he handed John Burbol (5-6) his fourth straight loss with a unanimous decision victory. Also, light heavyweight Dan Stevenson (4-0) remained unbeaten with a TKO over Mike Noble (3-2), and heavyweight James Rankin (5-3) picked up his fifth win with a victory via guillotine over Adib Nour (2-1).
